We’ve recently migrated our billing system from WHMCS to Clientexec. Please take note of the following important updates and instructions.
1. Logging In
All existing clients must reset their password before logging in for the first time.
Visit the login page.
Click on “Forgot Password”.
Enter your registered email address to receive a reset link.
2. Payment Methods
Local payment options are currently under development.
For now, payments can be made via Stripe or Manual Bank Transfer.

After making payment, please email your payment proof to [email protected] for verification.3. Billing Issues (Renewal or Suspension)
If your service shows as renewed, suspended, or pending incorrectly, please contact our support team.
We’ll update your record accordingly.
4. Inaccurate Billing Records
If you notice any incorrect information (such as invoices, payments, or due dates), please contact our support team to have it corrected.
5. Accessing Hosting Control Panel
You can log in directly to your hosting control panel from your Clientexec account:
Go to Services
Select your hosting plan
Click “Login to Panel”
This provides one-click access to your hosting without needing separate login credentials.

Q: Do I need to register a new account?
A: No. All accounts have been migrated. You only need to reset your password before logging in.
Q: My invoice looks different. Is this normal?
A: Yes. The layout and numbering format have changed due to the new billing system.
Q: Can I still access old invoices from WHMCS?
A: Please contact support if you need past invoices; we can retrieve them for you.
Q: Will my hosting services be affected by this migration?
A: No. Your hosting and domain services remain active as usual.
